Extreme Body Training


Stressed for time? Transform your body in only 45 minutes!! This class will provide exercise variety using kettle bells, dumbbells, plyometrics, core exercises and much more. No boredom here.

Silver & FitŪ


This class is designed specifically for older adults in a fun-filled social environment regardless of their fitness level. It is designed to focus on and increase your flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class allows you to progress at your own pace using chairs, resistance bands, dumbbells partnered with fun cardio walks, agility exercises and motivating music. All equipment is provided.

Time: 1–2 p.m.

Yoga For Beginners


This is a comprehensive full body workout connecting the mind, body and spirit through breath and movement. The class begins with Awareness—focusing on the breath and warming up the body into Balance—connecting the body and breath through standing seated and balancing posture and ending with Serenity—a stage by stage guided relaxation. This class is geared toward beginners with thorough verbal instruction as well as physical adjustments; however all levels are welcome. Participants must bring own mat and water bottle.

Maybe you’re an awesome athlete getting ready to compete at the college level. Maybe you’re an athlete who wants to make varsity next year. Tai Chi for Health


Tai Chi for Health renews your body. It relaxes your mind. It uses the gentle, graceful, flowing movements of Sun-style tai chi to promote mental and physical strength, stamina and flexibility. Anyone who seeks a gentle form of exercise, or who has been diagnosed with arthritis, or who experiences joint pain, stiffness, or limited range of motion is invited to attend. Some of the benefits may include:

Pilates


Mat based exercise for teens and adults(ages 14+) based on the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates exercise works from a core of the abdominal muscles for a routine designed to both strengthen and stretch muscles. Pilates’ gentle, non-weight bearing exercise is designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination. It is an excellent method to cross-train, reduce the risk of injuries, improve fitness or get back into exercise following an injury. Close fitting exercise apparel suggested.

Line Dancing


Stomp your feet to the beat of country music. Enjoy learning new dances each week and practicing the old. This session is for beginners and advanced dancers. Instructor provides accommodations for all skill levels. The first half-hour is strictly learning new dances; from 6:30–9 p.m. dance the night away! Ages 7 and older welcome. Fee charged for ages 15+.

ZUMBA


Ditch the workout and join the party! ZUMBA fitness classes incorporate Latin and international music and dance movements into a dynamic workout. Non-dancers and new exercisers need not be intimidated, while dancers and long-time exercisers will enjoy the change of pace. All participants will have fun while working out.

Adult Tennis Clinic


Clinic covers swing basics, putting, pitch shot, full swing and chipping. Certified Golf Professionals from Heritage Hills Golf Resort will teach this series of six lessons. Adult Group Golf Clinic


Learn the fundamental strokes and strategies needed to go out and hit consistently, have fun, and play matches. For beginners to low intermediates 19 years old and older. Wisehaven Tennis Center Staff Professionals will teach all classes. Clinics run for 6 weeks.
