Gentle Yoga Stretch


Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. This class helps you connect your body and mind in an easy to follow format. Although some of the poses can be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own “comfort zone” so it is very appropriate for all levels.

Revmaster Cycle


This 45-minute class is a great way to burn calories and have a great time! Each rider is encouraged to go at their own pace. No experience is needed and individual attention will be given to each participant.

Hot Yoga


The Barkan Method of Hot Yoga is a style of Hatha Yoga that originated from a lineage in Calcutta, India. The series of 26–30 postures done in a heated room (100º) is designed to scientifically warm and stretch the muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched for optimum benefit. The heat makes the exercise aerobic (without impact on the joints), allows you to stretch deeper while avoiding injury, and detoxifies the body. The result is vastly improved balance, flexibility, strength, mental clarity and focus. The class is suitable for beginners, advanced yogis, or anyone in between. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Strictly Bootcamp


Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. Boot Camp works you from head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.

ZUMBA


Ditch the workout and join the party! ZUMBA fitness classes incorporate Latin and international music and dance movements into a dynamic workout. Non-dancers and new exercisers need not be intimidated, while dancers and long-time exercisers will enjoy the change of pace. Feel the music, let loose, and have fun!

Adult Tennis Clinics


Learn the fundamental strokes and strategies needed to go out and hit consistently, have fun, and play matches. For beginners to low intermediates 19 years old and older.

 
Instructor: Wisehaven Tennis Center Staff Professionals will teach all classes. Clinics run for 6 weeks.
