Zumba®


Zumba® is perfect for everybody and every body. We take the work out of workout by combining Latin and World rhythms with dance and fitness movements to create a calorie-burning dance fitness party. Toning is included, so feel free to bring 1 - 3 lb. hand weights. You'll have so much fun you'll forget you're working out!

Gentle Yoga Stretch


Incorporating principles of both Hatha Yoga and stretching exercises, this class is designed for relaxation of the mind and body. This class helps you connect your body and mind in an easy to follow format. Although some of the poses may be challenging, emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone", so it is appropriate for all levels.

AM Zumba


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Emphasis is on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone" so it is very appropriate for all levels.

Strictly Yoga


On Tuesdays, this class will combine Hatha Yoga- with the breath, and Vinyasa – a flowing style of Yoga, as you move through a variety of poses with emphasis on working at your own pace and in your own "comfort zone" so it is very appropriate for all levels and experience. You will finish your class with guided relaxation – a perfect way to end your day! Great for all levels.

T'ai Chi Chih, Joy Through Movement


T'ai Chi Chih is a moving meditation comprised of 19 movements and one pose. This form is a series of soft, slow, non-martial, and easy to learn movements that bring about increased vitality and has a calming effect on the mind and body. Regular practice of the T'ai Chi Chih movement’s helps to circulate and balance the Vital Force Energy within us, which the Chinese refer to as Chi. Benefits may include relaxation, stress reduction, increased circulation, improved balance and coordination, increased energy and endurance, improved concentration and creativity, and a positive effect on blood pressure, and more.

The movements can be performed by almost everyone regardless of age or physical condition and is suitable for those with arthritis and fibromyalgia. A seated version will be taught if necessary for those that may be unable to stand for the entire class.

Wake Up with Revmaster Cycle


This 45 minute class is a great way to burn calories and have a great time! Each rider is encouraged to go at their own pace. No experience is needed and individual attention will be given each participant.

Pound Fit


Pound fitness is the world’s first cardio jam session! A combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. Pound is a full-body workout it includes exercises that involve alternate squatting and standing to strengthen the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles, and back muscles. This fitness workout for all ages all stages. All positions used in Pound can be modified for all levels of fitness.

Anytime Fitness Boot Camp


Are you ready to kick yourself into HIGH gear? Are you ready to improve your overall health and drop a few pounds in the process? Anytime Fitness of Red Lion has you covered with our boot camp-style live programming! Each class consists of a circuit of exercises suitable to all skill levels that incorporates elements of strength training, cardio training, core exercises and, most importantly, FUN! Our motivating instructors keep the energy level high and the camaraderie strong while helping you to achieve those results you've been looking for.

Included in this session are two sessions per week within the days and times outlined below. Pick any two each week!
